Michael is a multi-award winning independent filmmaker and co-founder of Mixed Nuts Productions from South Jersey. He holds a B.A. in Radio/TV/Film from Rowan University.

Over the years, Michael has directed films such as the multi-award winning independent feature film No Footing. Michael has also produced, directed, and shot music videos for artists such as Rich Cronin (LFO), Payton Taylor, Divers Lust, Lori Reed, Honah Lee, and, MC Lars. He has also produced videos in the Philadelphia Sports Scene for the Philadelphia Phillies and WIP Comedian Joe Conklin.

Michael is also the creator and producer for the video game comedy web series Living in 8 Bits, an affiliate of RetrowareTV and featured on Cinevore, Gamester81, Cinemassare, That Guy with the Glasses, and ScrewAttack.com.

Along with producing his own work, he has also worked on many other projects. Michael works as a camera operator on Cinemassacre and Cinevore's web series, OverAnalyzers and director of photography/editor on Cinevore's Nerd vs. Geek. He has worked on other film and video projects such as Vessel (DP,Co-Editor), CONNIE (DP, Editor, Producer), RetrowareTV's The Video Game Years (Editor), Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie (Editor), WHYY Articulate's Moot (DP, Editor, AD), The Phillie Phanatic's One-Mand Band (Camera, Editor), and Shout Factory's Mystery Science Theater 3000 Turkey Day Marathon (Director of Photography).

For 6 years, he taught the annual film program at Mainstage Center for the Arts’ Summer Stage. Michael currently works as a freelance videographer in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area including the Philadelphia Phillies.
