WT video wins at film fest

WASHINGTON TWP. - A music video created by the Washington Township High School's "Changing Our World" Project was named a winner in the Delaware Valley Film Festival and will be shown at the Village Players of Hatboro Theater, in Hatboro, Pa., on Nov. 4.

The COW Project was developed as a way for students to build respect and tolerance for all people, using the creative arts to make a positive impact within the community.

Their video, which was produced by WTHS graduate Michael Licisyn, was performed to the song "We Can Change Our World" and won the Music Video/Commercial category.

It will be shown at the festival, which will be held from 1 to 5p.m. at the theater, located at 401 Jefferson AVe., in Hatboro, Pa.

Tickets to the festivbal are $10 per session, or $25 for all four sessions. To order tickets, e-mail to delvalfilmfest@verizon.net
